How to Draw a 3D Ball/ Sphere
I researched how to draw a 3d Ball/ Sphere into YouTube and followed the visual tutorial. I learned along the way how to draw the ball for myself in order to teach it to my peers. I had to switch tutorials twice as I was finding it very difficult to draw, therefore, I am not feeling overly confident that I will be able to successfully teach my group how to draw a sphere as I myself don’t 100% know how to. I did manage to complete my 3d ball drawing however I think I will find it hard to communicate how to do it perfectly.
The video below is the first tutorial I used, it was a very lengthy video and I found it very difficult to follow as there were so man y complex steps and the narration wasn’t too detailed.
I ended up with following drawings as a result of following this tutorial. Neither being as impressive as the one produced I the actual tutorial.

I decided to switch tutorials to a more ‘free-hand’ approach to draw a sphere rather than the more mathematical version I attempted to follow.
This tutorial was far easier to follow as the woman used a combination of time-lapse, thorough auditory instructions and clear to follow drawings. I produced the following , more successful, drawing from the tutorial.

After having learnt how to draw a sphere for myself I needed to teach my group how to do the same. I produced a storyboard with a step-by-step guide (with images and written instructions) for my peers to follow and successfully produce their own spheres.
